For those of you who think getting active just means "play a sport, go back home", you are wrong.

Getting Active actually means getting up and doing anything. Instead of watching TV all day. Or sit in front of your little computer. Or listening to music while texting.

Just stand up and do a little stretch. Or go for a run. It really helps your body physically and mentally. Mentally, you can tell yourself you can do it! Now Get Active!

Time Flies By So Fast

Time is a complicated thing.
It never works how you like it.
It's steady, yet in the good times it flies faster.
